Fruits are healthy to our body. They give enough vitamins that our body needed everyday to get strong and healthy. And all of us are required to eat fruits after our meal this is to complete the food chain that our body needed. But because some fruits are really expensive, not all people can afford to eat even one fruit in a day. That is why, more and more manufacturer and company are now experimenting and producing a fruit made juice drink. Although it’s not really pure fruits but at least there are some of the nutrients from fruit that can be found in the fruit juice.
We know that fruit juices are healthy also, but drinking fruit juice to much is not good either. It gives a main problem mostly for the children; it will decrease your child’s appetite for other more nutritious foods.
